I spent the significant part of my career managing call center, sales, and customer service teams at institutions such as Garanti BBVA and Eureko Sigorta. Since 2018, I have been applying the experience I gained as a trainer and consultant to companies and brands in many different sectors such as finance, insurance, tourism, and education.
I support the setting of global standards as a jury and advisory board member in Contact Center World and the Turkish Call Center Awards.
As a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), I come from the heart of technology. This technical background allows me to better understand and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI), the biggest transformation of our time, into business processes.
I am a graduate of Yeditepe University with an English MBA (Marketing and Management) and Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. With my Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification, I am an expert in CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce), call center platforms (Cisco IPCC, Avaya, Genesys), workforce management (Teleopti, Verint), and AI-focused technologies. I provide corporate training under the umbrella of Newfound Creative Academy.
Languages I speak: English (C1 level), Dutch and Spanish (intermediate level), Turkish (native language).
