Metin Tiryaki

After graduating from Istanbul University's Faculty of Business Administration, I pursued a Master's degree in Management and Marketing at Yeditepe University.


I began my career in 1990 at AKK A.Ş.'s Call Center, before moving on to Esbank. I spent 12 years as Garanti Bank's Call Center Operations Manager and later served as Eureko Sigorta's Call Center Director.


I have also served as a Turkey and World Call Center Awards jury member, in addition to offering consultation services to various institutions and organizations in the banking, finance, and call center industries.


I am a strong believer in equal rights for all living things, including nature, animals, and human beings. I strive to follow in Atatürk's footsteps, enjoy rock and metal music, read over a hundred books a year, and am an avid supporter of Fenerbahçe.
