

Metin Tiryaki
Upon my graduation from the esteemed Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, pursued further enlightenment with a master's degree in Management and Marketing at Yeditepe University. Currently, I am attending at AUZEF History Department as my second academic pursuit.
My professional journey commenced in 1990 at AKK A.Ş. Call Center. Following my tenure at Esbank, I dedicated twelve years to Garanti Bank as the Call Center Operations Manager, ultimately rising to the position of Call Center Director at Eureko Sigorta.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I proudly serve as a jury member for prestigious call center awards in Türkiye and across the globe. Presently, I offer consultancy and training to a myriad of institutions and organizations, focusing on the realms of sales, leadership, call center operations, and the mystical realm of artificial intelligence.
I am a passionate advocate for the equal rights of animals, plants, nature, and all humanity, steadfastly following the principles and reforms of Atatürk. A fervent enthusiast of Rock and Metal music, read over a hundred books each year and proudly wear the colors of my beloved Fenerbahçe.
